Get ready for an exciting evening celebrating great food and fabulous cocktails! Felipe’s award-winning tiki bar, Tiki Tolteca, is teaming up with Old New Orleans Rum for a six course food and rum pairing dinner Tuesday, April 14th.
The adventure begins at Tiki Tolteca, located at 301 North Peters Street, where Barman Nathan Dalton, Chef John Huntington, and Chef Matt Holland have crafted an experience focused around indigenous New Orleans cuisine and rum–the quintessential New Orleans spirit. Guests will indulge in the first of six delicious courses, accompanied by a rum cocktail made with Old New Orleans Rum, perfectly paired for each dish.
This fun dining experience doesn’t stop there. After the first course and pairing, guests will hop on a bus and head to Old New Orleans Rum at 2815 Frenchmen Street for the second course and special tour of the distillery, where they will learn about the rum distillation and aging process (transportation provided). Then it’s back to Titki Tolteca for the remaining four courses and cocktails.
