National Watermelon Day is Wednesday, August 3rd, and we’re celebrating with two Watermelon Margaritas for the price of one ALL DAY!

Our refreshing Watermelon Margs can be ordered frozen or on the rocks and are made with hand-squeezed citrus, freshly blended watermelon and garnished with a fresh watermelon wedge. It’s the perfect way to beat the heat this summer!

The combination of our tangy Key lime juice plus the sweetness of ripe, fresh watermelon offers a taste of summer in every sip! Pair your cocktail with any of our made from scratch menu items and enjoy!

Summer Specials: Watermelon Margarita + California Burrito

The dog days of summer are officially upon us which means it’s time to beat the heat and run to your nearest Felipe’s to enjoy our latest food and beverage offerings.

This July and August, we’re bringing the beach to you with our new California Burrito! This Super Burrito is packed with flavor and features our seasoned steak grilled to perfection, crispy french fries, Monterey Jack cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and Baja sauce, rolled in our 12” flour tortilla. Complete your order with a Felipe’s Special and have your very own summer fiesta no matter where you are!

Speaking of crispy french fries, we couldn’t deny our guests the option for Queso Fries while dining with us. You won’t see this mouth watering option on the menu but if you ask nicely, our team will hook you up!

For our margarita lovers, don’t forget to cool off with the return of one of our favorite libations! Relish the taste of summer with every sip of our hand-squeezed Watermelon Margarita, available on the rocks or frozen, made with freshly pureed, seedless watermelon and garnished with a fresh watermelon wedge. Hot summer nights call for ice cold margaritas and live music at Felipe’s! Summer Nights at Felipe’s will feature an alternating schedule of live music. Order tasty bites from our full menu as well as refreshing beverages from our full service bar while you take in performances by local artists. Cinco Strikes Back

It’s been two years since we’ve thrown a true Felipe’s Fiesta on May 5th, and we are ready for an epic party! The Return of the Fifth will feature live music, folkloric dancers, magicians, axe-throwing, contortionist, street performers, face painting, shot girls, and even a bubble lady. We have loads of FREE swag that we will be handing out all night. 


The Felipe’s team is ready to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with you. Our doors open at 11 am. Come enjoy our made from scratch tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more. We will be hand-squeezing limes all day for our signature Margaritas. 


All locations will have additional outside seating and satellite bars serving Key Lime rocks and hand-squeezed Frozen Margaritas, house-made Red Sangria, ice cold cervezas and stadium-style queso nachos.


There are no reservations needed. It is first come first served seating.

The story of Felipe’s is a pretty simple one. It starts and ends with a commitment, dedication, and appreciation for real cooking, using recipes and techniques that have passed generations, crossed borders and demographics, but have never forgotten their origin. 


Just because we are a fast casual concept at our core, does not mean we cannot hold ourselves to a standard of product quality and a level of hospitality that exceeds the industry standard.


This extends throughout our restaurants, not just from the ingredients we use, but our build outs, our processes, the way we treat our team, and our desire to make a genuine connection with our community and guests.


We are not the proverbial 500 pound gorilla, and likely never will be, more like the little engine that could. We don’t measure our success by the number of restaurants, but rather a dedication to what we believe to be the right mix of commitment to our product, to our team, and the guests we serve. 


At the end of the day, if we have succeeded in making you feel upon visiting, that you have received value, you were provided optionality, and were treated hospitably, well then, we are successful in our Mission and Vision. Furthermore, if our team can say genuinely, they like where they work, well then, we have truly made an accomplishment.


It is our belief that staying true to the above, is the reason we are still here after 15 years, and hopefully many years to come.
