This is no canned soup. The three-hour process starts with the broth from our Chicken tinga. We add over a dozen fresh (never frozen) vegetables, including corn, chayote, zucchini, onions, and peppers. Finally, the soup is topped with avocado slices, cotija cheese, and tortilla strips.
