Felipe’s has a special announcement! On March 1st, Felipe’s will be celebrating National Employee Appreciation Day by recognizing our amazing team members!
Felipe’s Taqueria, where there is a party for the guest everyday, will be extending that party for all its staff in a very special way.
For every tip given to the counter staff by our esteemed guests, Felipe’s Home Office will match that amount to be distributed to our hard-working team members.
This momentous occasion is meant to show our appreciation and admiration we have for our more than 200 team member personnel.
Lon Nichols, HR Director of Felipe’s Taqueria, recognizes that at Felipe’s, the party could not be possible for every guest without the hard work of our team members. “Most of the National Days we celebrate at Felipe’s allow us to reward our loyal guests. Employee Appreciation Day is a chance to recognize our amazing team members.”
Whether the team members are in the front of house or back of house, we could not give the community authentic Mexican-style cuisine and a party everyday without them.
